Yes, but your car already has one, so DVLA have managed to sell you something that you don't really need. That's my point.

I quite agree. If you read my original post on the subject, I was not having a pop at you for buying it, but merely pointing out that the cherished plate market has been manufactured for the benefit of DVLA and the VAT man. I couldn't possibly criticise your purchase, as we (and probably most of the forum) have done likewise

Now, don't go changing that CAI that you have, or you'll have to buy RO10FAB instead.
