Sale or Return issue with a motor trader,
Discussion
according to google maps, it is in a big open exposure area - a big forecourt, petrol station, premier inn, major road junction. its the old Trinity Motors Landrover / Mazda dealer site that went bust in 2012
think it maybe an idea need to get a few of you down there this morning for a noticeable presence to get the message across ands put any potential clients off going in. then the Hinckley press might turn up

Christ Ian, is this a big loophole they know they can get away with it, surely somewhere it has to stop.
If I told you that my company (only small) has lost £60k in one hit, and the best part of £200k over the years, then you can guess how big a problem it is. I know a local company managed to fold other companies further up their chain, going for over £400k in total. The owner started up a new company, with other people as directors, and has started to do the same thing again (last time I heard, they had a £300k deficit and was still trading). As for stopping, don't make me laugh. It's exactly the same way that any government for the last 20 odd years (in my view) has run this country.
(You're getting me started now) As an example, look at Student loans. Given by banks, underwritten by the government, and means that other borrowing can be done against them (for other reasons), and the government of the day are therefore not paying for further education, so gives the government a 5-15 year breathing space. At some point, someone will say "hang on a moment" and it will all catch up with us.
Look at the Scottish question. Is Alec Salmond worried about how long North Sea Oil will underpin the economy? 25 years? 50 years? Is he fek. His only worry is that it outlasts him getting his full pension, after that, he doesn't give a monkey's.
