"Raggyman" are you running on Australian number plates?
If so can you give me any info on what was required as I have another owner who has his HSV GTS Coupe arriving in a few weeks and want's to drive ASAP....
PS. what is the address for the pub and what is parking like as I am just down the road in Chichester....

Depends on insurance company really. Adrian Flux want you to change your registration within a month of it getting here. So far, Natwest have said, "Let us know what the registration is whenever you get it" but no time limit. The DVLA say that you can run around on foreign plates for 6 months, but hey, with everything british, that assumes that people are going to be checking. So my plan has changed... going to run around on the queensland plates until I get pulled up.
Anyhow, all is good so far . Got lots of tonight, "What the hell is this car, it is awesome". Common response was that of course it is awesome, because it is Australian made. Anyhow, car is parked at work, cause not going to park the car in the street. Has a security guard looking after it all night.. sweet..
Good to see that the car is here in one piece and that is all that matters to me. Finally some transport, and actually driving around in a car that I respect and want to be seen in.
Pub night any night... most nights i'm there either drinking or parting.. but mind you, now that the car is here, going to have to cut back on drinking so that I can have fun.

Very True mate,
Even though I drive the EH on the occational weekends, I do miss the satisfaction of driving a HOLDEN every day.
It's an Australian thing, hay mate.
Look forward to meeting you & seeing the car.
