Cheers, can see it now. Problem is that I was using FireFox which doesn't seem to display the 2005 list.

IE is OK though.
YourTaxi - I'm also an Impreza convert !!

Was your car the one on Ebay for £17K - certainly a bargain but exactly how much damage was done to it ?
Was yours Dan ? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9858&item=4535485642&rd=1

Hope you don't mind me saying mate,

Regards,
Rob.

Wish my car was worthy of a pic in the 'owners cars bit'

No worries mate, Good luck,

Sorry you have to sell it mate, I had to do the same when my first child came along. Had to sell my pride & Joy, my Torana GTR/XU1, one of the last Bathurst spec LC models. Still regret it worth a lot of money now.

All the best mate,
Rob.

Hey Rob, well guess it won't be too much to tell the partner who is going to marry one of your kids, that as a dowry they have to get your old Torana back.

Don't know though that your kids would be too impressed. Was going to buy my old man's Preimer back a couple of years ago, but there wasn't much of the original car left. (It had been in 4 prangs since he sold it, and written off twice).

Cheers
Jace

Yes mate, the prob is original ones are hard to come by especially the LC's, plus it was one of the last 200 Bathurst spec cars.

Saw it for sale in Aust Unique Cars back in late 80's for $7,000, what's it worth now ? 10-11k. I brought it in 1980 for $3,000, sold it in 1988 for $4,000.

If only.

Many congrats on your news, as a dad of a 3 and 2 year old it's the most daunting but without doubt the most rewarding and humbling (spell!)thing in the world. If it makes you feel better about the car I sold the Tuscan when we found out my wife was preggas!!

Dan - don't think we've added our congrats yet - but good on ya.

I completely agree with SJC, a 4 door as big as our HSV is the ideal for family and the weekly shop hehehe

And as you've seen with V8HSV - onboard entertainment can be easily fitted. I went the cheap northern route with a portable DVD player - but being northern you'll understand

I went cheapo (southern!) route with a portable DVD and it proved invaluable with the kids on the 700 mile round trip to Cornwall.
