Cleaning the inside

Any ideas as to what is the best methods and products for cleaning the dash / inserts etc on the inside of the car.

In past experiences I have never managed to get an even shine on the dash.

those turtle wax interior wipes seem quite cool

I used Meguires NXT shampoo and wax at the weekend - very good results. For the inside I used the Meguires carpet and interior cleaner which you can also use on all vinyls etc. Great result no artificial shine and let the clean original surface finish come through.

I use Mr Muscle window cleaner for all surfaces, obviuously does a good job on glass & instrument faces, really good on extracting dirt from steering wheel, hand brake, gives a nice matt finish to dash trim too and get the grime from the seats, again leaving matt finish

Thanks for the advice
