Yep, standard American fitment. Get one bolt in, lots of force to try and line up a second one, once two are in, tighten a bit and force in the last two, then it all starts to sort of line up once they're done up

If you have short legs you may find the seat belt pretensioner presses in to the trans tunnel, although could probably just bend the bracket a little to get more clearance...

You'd be hard pushed to re-use the plastic trim coverings with a bit of dremel work if you want it to look OEM neat.
