Circular window frame required

We have a circular window in the bathroom that needs finishing and I spotted the perfect solution at the golf club last week.

I'm now trying to find a company who can take the work on to produce a finished piece for us to install. I'm guessing it's a carpentry job so looking for suggestions.

I had similar internal finishing trims made out of sheet metal then powder coated.Worth taking the photo to your local fabrication shop for a price

I was going to suggest a maker of marine windows and hatches, but as they wanted to charge me £150 to fix something they didn't make properly in the first place, I'm not going to :-)
