Has anyone ever used these guys before? I've placed a couple of orders and the process hasn't been smooth at all.
The first item was a spigot bearing which, had I not called would never have arrived. They didn't seem to know about the order until they did a lot of searching and found it, the process took over two weeks for one spigot bearing.

The most recent interaction is the LS7 clutch kit I bought from them which includes the flywheel, I paid the postage for DPD and two days later it's still not been dispatched because they "forgot". I called back today to find out what is going on and the girl that deals with Monaro or HSV wasn't taking any calls, I asked why and was told "because she's not taking any calls! ok! bye" and they just hung up. I appreciate people can be busy, but that sort of response is total st in my opinion .

What sort of service is this and has anyone else had such an experience? Christ knows when I'm getting this clutch kit, they've got my money though so I guess that's ok... mad

I'm finding that out the hard way. I was told to call Emma back at 12 because she wasn't taking calls till then. I call her back at 12 and was told she's taking no calls till tomorrow. What the actual f......?????

I am now waiting for Nigel to call me back. This is actually madness.

I also ordered a spigot bearing from them recently. It arrived after another that I tacked on a later order from the USA.

Well...I've gotten nowhere today. I'll post a timeline of the outcome which is staggeringly incompetent even by their standards.

Only had experience ordering a crate LS3 engine from them. Girl I dealt with was Emma who was okay

Never ordered normal service parts from them

Only delay was waiting for next batch of engines to come from US and clear customs

Actual Delivery once cleared was quite quick as it went straight to Monkfish

Sounds like you have had a rough ride

I bought from them once a few years ago, and they charged me a fking fortune for postage on some small stuff....unless I was very badly stuck, I wouldnt use them again simply for that reason.

I got an engine from https://roadcraftuk.co.uk/index.php?route=product/... when I blew ours. Brilliant to deal with, and the engine was at Monkfish, the following day.

They do parts too and have most on the shelf in the UK - not too far from you Preciousmetal, if you need something urgently.

When my engine blew in my VXR8 i had a brand new crate LS3 installed from Partsworld, no problems or issues whatsoever - granted, i left it all in the capable hands of AAS in Newcastle to order the engine and do the full job, but i was a happy customer. smile

I’ve ordered a prop bearing/mount a week ago by phone. I rang yesterday & the girl can’t find any record of it ! She meant to be ringing me back today. Shaun
