Mine isn't - its black and totally different TT set up to what Emma's was. Mine was one of the last 'Fish projects before they shut up shop, being done alongside someones Monaro with a lairy LSA conversion which I understand also made some very healthy numbers.

Well, top marks to Rockauto. Ordered last Friday night on an economy service and it arrived on Tuesday! I thought I had everything to do the clutch swap but I’ve decided to get a braided clutch hose fitted at the same time. My question to the PH massive is..... what size fitting is on the master cylinder end of the hose? Is it an M10x1 or something imperial? I can get one made locally if I can provide more info.....

As far as I know your biggest problem with 800bhp will be the block on an LS1. You could get it sleeved but other members on here have had problems previously with sleeving the block, Emma’s old twin turbo springs to mind. That made around 800bhp. You could use an LSA block, a la Wormus, his car’s just over 800bhp if I remember correctly but that’s starts to get expensive, or you could just suck it and see like JamesHSV did with his pro charged LS1 and run it on standard pistons & rods. His car made just over 700bhp I think. As far as I remember the crank is good for high power outputs but you’ll need an LS7 clutch to take the power. I’m sure someone more knowledgeable than I will be along soon to help. There’s a few old members who run twin turbo LS1 conversions on here who could point you in the right direction. My two only made 500Bhp so I didn’t need to change the rods, pistons, crank or block.
Mine was 720bhp 620lbft 590rwhp the standard crank can handle around 1000bhp

Well the Commy has a ticket for the first time in years, but unfortunately it popped its bottom rad hose off after the test, probably due to the fans not coming on........ I've never had it properly up to temperature in my ownership so that's something that needs addressing now! I'm guessing a relay or fuse but haven't got the car back to check it out. At least all the other jobs are done so a little wiring and it'll be out and about at last.

I have a UK Commodore that is a breaker if you'd like anything from it.

it's a VT-II, which yours is if it's aluminium-block

There's not much running gear, but it has for instance leather seats

let me know by the usual means
