Hi all
We are currently looking for a new fun car, large (as in height) kids mean practicalities are a must.
We have shortlisted a few cars and done as much research as possible. We’ve found a vxr8 in budget and wondered if anyone knew SJZ 9711?
It looks like an 09 with an LS3 with Bathurst stripes. Car looks nice but wondered if anyone could impart some knowledge on the car?

This is a quiet and small forum. Sometimes it can take several days or even a week before someone logs in and replies.
Then they all seem to come at once! Generally very helpful though.
I have no personal knowledge of the car in question, you could ask the seller what build number the car has on its HSV plague and then cross reference with the build register on here. That might get you some answers...

Some might also point you in the direction of the Facebook groups, can't help you there, I am not on FB.

People are getting very excited and asking A LOT of money for Bathursts currently.Someone just listed their VXR8 Bathurst S for £34,995 to give you an idea, so would perhaps have been a better investment first time around
Good luck either way, Monaro prices have very much firmed up, there's a decent array of R8s available out there.
