I don't think there are any body kits available for Monaros in the UK because there are so few cars here. Also there are so few of those owners wanting to buy kits....I think anyway. Most mods that are done are the usual engine, brakes and suspension parts.
When I look at any car which has had a body kit fitted I always think they look terrible and date very quickly, not only that but these kits usually cost a fortune and ultimately devalue the car.
The only exceptions I can come up with are race car replicas like the HSV 427, or the CAPA Monaro in your photos.
There was a one off wide body kit made by GM for some kind of GTO Judge but that would require major body surgery and unlimited funds to replicate.
The easiest thing you could do would be to roll or extend the wheel arches so you can fit wider wheels then add a roof and boot spoiler.
Personally I do like the HSV 427 and the CAPA Monaros, but I think the Monaro is such a timeless shape that is best left alone
Well that's my 2 pence worth,

Interestingly you can fit the front end panels from other models on, there's a Monadore which is a Monaro but with a Commodore front end (the CAPA one above has VZ Commodore headlights and thus presumably front wings too) so you could perform some interesting changes whilst keeping it OEM.

Personally I'd agree that the HSV bodykit doesn't really need any tweaking, wheels are quite a tough one too, the last Monaro pictured above has Simmons wheels on, which are a very common upgrade in Aus, although of course typically at least 20" at the front and then vast steam rollers on the back hehe

I'd love a supercharger with bug catcher sticking out through the bonnet on a Ute, but the cost of bits is eye watering even in the states / Aus, let alone once shipped here yikes

I did get some nice fibreglass wings for my vt2 , the originals had started to corrode from the stonechips.

They seem really hard to get even pattern, but found these

They worked out pretty good, and I put LED side repeaters in the vents.

Yes, they always seem to look pretty horrendous with body kits/spoilers, etc.

Keep them nice and clean and they look great !

My vote is still for the black CAPA Monaro, minus the stickers and rear wing. It has a good stance and a no nonsense look about it.
The red car however looks terrible the rear suspension looks broken and the body kit again looks very "Max Power" it's something you would do to a euro hot hatch but not do to a muscle car.

It will have airbags on it hence it looking so low.

OK, I didn't consider that, but even so I really don't get this whole "Max Power" look rolleyes
Mind you I'm my idea of car mods stops at Starsky's Torino, yes it's a Ford but at least I get that look bounce

hehe definitely showing your age there too as Max Power magazine and the associated look (which is arguably like the first pic in the thread) died out in the 90s I think?

The yanks offer some other ideas, bolt on arch extensions anyone? Naturally they've got the horrendous Pontiac front beak to contend with though looks wise vomit

Seems to have dropped the whole nose down a bit on this?

Some others I have found over the years. I much prefer the arch extension to the wide body look, which just makes the Monaro look fat IMHO. Having said that the blue unfinished Norwegian one, looked good, until they took a mould and cut the metal quarters off and replaced them with fiberglass.
The White Harrop one is my current favourite. (More info and images on the Harrop web site)

A google of HAL 427 gives plenty more pictures, an impressive amount of work including a roof chop and a lot of steel body panels...

Personally, I don't like the front headlight / grill / chin area, but as a whole car it's a remarkable amount of work

That HAL Monaro looks quite good from the rear and the car is a great colour. The wheels and mirrors are terrible in my eyes but the rest of the car shows promise. however as you say there is an awful lot of skilled work needed to build one.

That must be a Lumina judging by the Bahrain number plate. VX Holden clubsport front bumper.
