Hi guys, just a quick post to thank Wortec for the fab cat back system now lovingly fitted to the clubbie, it has totally transformed the car, it sounds like it always should have now.
On the down side, nothing to do with the exhaust at all, I have developed a problem with the water pump and it looks like im off the road till I can get a new one sorted, and with my car having the old 5.0lt Holden lump its looking like it might take a while to get sorted.
So now I have the car I have always wanted and I cant drive it, in hindsight I might have done better to stretch my funds for a GTS!!

I have a waterpump, but not sure if they are the same, as mine is for my v6. Can check it out with Will's to see if it is the same if you want. Don't like the chances, but you never know.

Thankyou, but pretty sure Wills car is a 5.7lt car and it not the same anyway. Mr Spinks is trying to find out what he can for me, just waiting to hear the damage really now!!!

Coincidentally there is a thread on this very subject where I normally live. Although it mentions a VS Commodore, the engine is pretty much the same.
If this is against forum rules, let me know and I will remove it.

Im pleased to say Im back on the road at last!!! Finally managing to put some miles on the car and have some fun, the engine probs all sorted. Can look forward to Silverstone now and finally meeting some of you guys. Next investment will be a dash mounted electronic aid to save my nice clean licence I think!!! The old lump has plenty of torque!
Many thanks again to Brian and Paul for all your help
