VXR 8 Oil Temperature Guage

My Oil temperature gauge has stopped working, Tech 2 reads the temperature so guessing the gauge itself is faulty, Also back light does not come on when the lights are turned on

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement, or someone who can repair CAN based instruments or even a circuit diagram of the original one

I’m sure there was a similar post on here a while ago , i’m struggling to find it , but i think some solution was found , other options remove and see if it’s any thing obvious or speak to walkinshaw see if they have any spare gauges or advice

There was definitely a post about it on the facebook group, so I suppose that's disappeared forever now

The gauges are wired in series, so if only one of them has stopped, I believe the gauge itself is the most likely culprit. I can't remember if someone said they had any success trying to repair it, may just be a case of contacting one of the breakers or Walkinshaw / Aus ebay to get a replacement gauge...

My oil temperature gauge mostly doesn't work but it does on occasion . It doesn't bother me it not working as they aren't that accurate. If my oil pressure gauge didn't work I would be looking at getting it fixed.
