Following the recent interest suggesting a meet at a drag race (fancy dress if you wish) I propose the next meeting to be at Santa Pod on Sunday 25 September 2005.

Santa Pod are hosting a "run what you brung day" and I've have spoken with them to get some info. We are welcome to turn up and play to our hearts content.

You will need your driving licence.

It is advised to wear long sleaves and trousers.

We may need crash helmets (if terminal speed is > 100mph) so whoever can get hold of one, bring it.

Gate entrance is £12 / person.

Track sign on is £15 / person for unlimited runs.

Racing starts at 09.00 hours.

There are limited numbers, but that is not defined until what interest is known on th day.

Interested - please sign on below.

Nice one Richard, i'm there!!!

I'll see if i can better my 13.9 @ 100mph.

As my ute has just a re-map and runs a terminal speed of 100 mph, i suggest that you bring helmets. It won't take them long to deduce that all these monaros are capable of 100mph ET's

Be shame to sign on then not be allowed to run cos you have no helmet! Waste of cash too!

See you there!

Explain limited numnbers ?

Is this a normal RWYB day, or more a private session with limited entries ?

I do hear normal RWYB days can be very very busy, limiting track time.

If I can get plenty of runs, Id be up for it ( weather permitting )

Sorry Stevie, you are right they do get busy, the limited number is when the marshalls think there is enough booked in so everyone can have a go.
