^^^ Looks fantastic!
Definitely the best colour for these cars by far, but then I am biased.
Here's mine after a recent full respray...

What are you having repaired on the seats and who have you found to do so?

That seat looks spot on!
Nice one. What was the price if you don't mind revealing?

And marriage is overrated.biglaugh

Alloy wheels back after a refurb and the results are fab, didn’t get any pics but they look absolutely awesome, anthracite in colour with a real nice gloss on them, should look ace against the red paintwork 🤞

Nearly there

Callipers refurbed, powder coated black
New pads all around in order from RockAuto.
New seal kits on route from RockAuto.
Complete 8 & 10mm fuel lines with all connections ready to fit.
Wortec exhaust system broken down, in good order apart from mild steel connectors and flanges, to be replaced.
Brake pipes will be replaced at same time.
Back subframe will be dropped out for a sandblast and repainting, all crap underseal removed and tied up. Rear end showed signs of neglect, putting everything right now though.
Cosmetic seam peal on inner wing removed and repaired.

Looks awesome!

Are you doing all the work yourself or is it with OMA?

I had planned to give mine a refresh this year but as per usual, other stuff got in the way and the car hasn’t turned a wheel in months.

OMA were flat out for a long time and whilst Micheal run his eye over the car I ended up going to the classic car restoration business the other side of Armagh. Came highly recommended from an old workmate, he works on some really interesting stuff, does a lot of repeat business for collectors.

Still keep in contact with Micheal at OMA (I’m only a few miles down the road from him), he looked after my imprezas for years, think he is dusting off his own Monaro to get it back on the road.

Aye, Michael and Neil are always flat out. Mine has been going to OMA since about 2007.

As I say, always mean to give mine a proper refresh but never get round to it.

Surely after all the work you’ve put in, this must be a keeper?

Always wanted one and yes, will hang onto this one for the foreseeable, I think it has everything….the looks, engine, noise, rare factor and of course they will never make a car like this again.

OMA are class and I’ll no doubt be returning at a later date

What have you used for new fuel lines??? When I did mine i used microbore copper plumbing with some AN-6 and 8 fittings. Seems good so far after 2 years
