HSV car insurance Northern Ireland

Hi Fellas
I have just spent 3 months in NI and taking a few trips to Europe and it finally looks like we are moving to Northern Ireland after a lot of hassles.

My problem is where can I get car insurance for my 04 R8, I phoned around a few companies and A) half of them would not look at insurance in NI and B) the half that would didnt want a bar of insuring the HSV.
Tescos would do it if I had a UK!! (mainland) address, Flux could not help unless the car was modified? and even then I am not sure if that was correct.
I am 38, clean licence and a full no claims of over 10 years, anyone have any suggestions?

Try Natwest. They seem to be pretty flexible for me so far.

Suprisingly a lot of people here use Elephant online. No idea about the VXR though.

Quinn Direct is another popular one.

Its just a case of shopping around. Insurance is a bigger ripp off here in NI than anywhere in the UK.
