There are 4 turbo LS1 makers in Oz that I know of. I have to be careful here as a few of them are sponsors on my normal home! In no particular order.

www.amberleyautos.com.au - horsepower factory
www.ls1turbo.com.au - large single turbo
www.airpowersystems.com.au/ls1/ls1.htm - this is the one mentioned above.

I don't think you will get much change from $15k for most of them.
