Well apart from the obvious thing of immediately replacing the stock quad system on the VXR, what other essential mods are available that wont immediately affect the warranty. Have heard one or two Horror stories about some cars having the headers refitted with stainless for example then only to be told that the warranty is void.

The only mod I could get away with on the M3 was the exhaust, any messing about with the air-intake (sob) suspension, brakes and one or two ohter things, would automatically void the warranty. NOT GOOD!

Im not at all into interior mods, just literally performance stuff. Will at some stage consider alternative tuning, since its a Chevy block. I relly got into the Chevy engine mods when I was at the point of buying an Ultima GTR, I dont think there is anything you cannot do with a chevy block.

Cant wait to get this car, I am losing sleep!

Will be the Zaust upgrade for me first, closely followed by the Ripshift (done quite a lot of research into this gadget and cannot find a negative thing said as yet).

Brakes will be a bit further down the line followed by Nitron Adjustable suspension.

If you read the road and track tests, the stock brakes are the car's Achilles heel in either application. Big time fade as you'll get with most big cars (M5 included).
