This is probably a question for Caspy, et al...

Will the fitment of all ( of any part) of this kit affect the warranty. I know it sounds a stupid question but BMW did honor certain mod's ( one being a supercharger) if they were done at a dealer. Now assuming a dealer does the work and certifies it on a piece of paper, how mad can you go before Vauxhall say "Non" on a warranty job?

I've got pretty much the same issue here, BMW were pretty good regarding mods, as long as it was nothing to do with air-intake or engine work, pretty much everything else was ok.

I asked the quetion today at Vauxhall while doing some paperwork and was basicaly told that even upgrading the exhaust (outside of what Vaux can offer) would invalidate the warranty.

I beg to differ, a zaust from cats back cannot affect the engine in anyway, if anything it will improve matters.

Sooo.....granted we need some expert advice here!!

Chaps, might be an idea to talk to one of our resident experts in person or on t'phone like.

Dunno if they'd want to commit an official policy on the board.
