Cant watch which car you are refering to cos of my slow dial up connection but there is a 1190rwhp@26psi HSV Commodore VX R8 in my latest Street commies mag. Awesome bit of kit, they expect to get 2000rwhp by the end of the tuning and pushing 35psi. Will have the mag with me at the M8 cruize for anyone who wants a gander

I think possibly with that engine, an oil change every 10,000 km has now been replace by and engine rebuild.

Boost was everything for that Supra, just put it up as it was an achievement and I liked that it looked standard. No worries it will only be an HSV for me, nothing beat a V8, end of.

This HSV was a very big project, whole car been rebuilt really, even had to move chassis rails to fit in the 408ci cast iron block. It is a twin turbo with a very nice one off intercooler system utilising a dry ice box in the boot to cool the air, very trick. You would never know to look at it from the outside tho, just like a normal(normal????)R8 but with two extra tailpipes. Would suprise a few people at the lights!!

Not std transmission - no shifting on the 1/4 - those guys at Scandulous Rock - seen their vis of C5 LS1 Vette rental car (with hidden NOS for the nite) making some cash from street racing - Wicked (not my bag but cool - I like corners!)
