It's not that exciting - but I'm working on it.

A quick page I'm putting up on my site - notice the LINKS

Here ya go!

As I break under the stress (ie NEED) of modifying, I'll add what I do and how. I'll even venture off my driveway at somepoint and take some more pics.. when (if) we ever get a sunny day.

Very nice too! I like the nose to nose shots with the Calibra - "stand off at the OK Corale"!

I hope you're not using a sponge to wash her with

It looks great with the Calibra alongside.

The reason you are only getting 15.6MPG is because your average speed is 24.9.

To need to take it on a trip to Le Mans and back on the motorway, that will make it 25.6+

You don't really appreciate how much smaller the Calibra was/is until you see it sitting next to the Monaro.

It would look even smaller with the body kit removed.

Just out of interest, and probably being thick, I assume you use a wash mit? Any special type of brand? Our only local motor shop is H******s and some of their stuff I'm a bit wary of. At the moment using a sponge and no real damage to the paintwork yet and I don't trust the Valeters around here..

Sorry to slightly hi-jack your thread Dan but you've also done a nice job on your VXR.

Cheers guys. I use a sponge, yes.. I haven't anything else I can use. With 2 or 3 hours of polishing, it appears to come up okay (as the Calibra has done in 4 years).

MPG wise - it's up to 17mpg at the moment. My commute is only 3 miles in the AM so it's never going to be high
