Hi, I thought perhaps some of you chaps would be able to help me with the wiring on my ls1 conversion into a Tvr Cerbera. I bought an 05 ls1 engine and gearbox from raving last year and have investigated the factory wiring loom and ecu, sussed most of the wiring except for the plug that is inside the car. I've posted some photos below, if anyone has any wiring diagrams or knows the pinout for this this plug I'd appreciate any help. All of the wiring diagrams so far are for ls1 engines up to 04 and ls2 from then on. It's got the E38 ecu with blue and green multi plugs and did come with drive by wire throttle but I'm putting a cable body on it.

Regards Simon

WHS^^^^^

Might be a good idea to check what engine you actually have! And check you crank reluctor and cam sensors will work with your LS1 PCM.

A mismatch of components isn't what you need, especially once its installed!

Oh dear,
ECU will be expecting an ETC throttle, you will have trouble unless you retain this. Id recommend staying with the stock throttle.

Throttle connectors will be different and ECU will not be able to control the separate IAC from a cable throttle. It wants to turn the blade!

You might be able to mangle things to work, but it will not be optimal! Its possible you may find a 1Mb ECU application with cable throttle that you can flash over the top of whats there. Problem is most 1Mb ECU's do not have the IAC drivers on the mainboard. So you will have no idle control, or cold start adjustment etc!

Time to rethink your idea on the throttle IMO.

Connector into the BCM by the looks with OBDII data and such like stuff.
You can probably just pull what you need from the connector to activate the OBDII socket.
Looks for the wiring for that. Just disable VATs to sort most of the rest out and disable a few DTC's for evap etc.
