We had a great weekend which started of with the visit to Linden's new building (very posh) and the chance to talk to some like minded enthusiast about HSV and the Monaro. Thanks guys for the tea and Doughnuts ("Jagsy" stop eating and come on!!!)

Then it was on to the show in convoy with the "LSV Monaro"

At the show we found our way to our spot through what seemed like thousands of people!! to set up the stand. With cars in place banners up and DVD playing it was time for a few beers...........

On Sunday the show filled up even more and all day we had a lot of people coming over saying how nice the cars are (we know!!!) and I think we might have help a few people into deciding what to buy next!!!

Thanks to every one who helped and supported the club. I will put up the pictures and I think some one will put a few words together for the club web site.

Yes Paul,

Had a fantictic Weekend, good trip up to Lindens, enjoyed the look around and chat with the guys from LSV. Thanks to them for making us welcome. Got some Video of the trip up and us chasing the CAPA Monaro on the way over to Billing.

As you said mate the cars and stand looked very good and I have some excellent pictures.

For the guys who couldn't make it I would recommend they come along next year as they missed good show. Not to mention the art work jagsy found on his car Sunday morning. Did you catch that flying Elephant mate ?

Regards, Rob.

HI Sorry I have been a bit quiet, I only had a day between getting back to the Island after Billing and going to Glastonbury. I really enjoyed Billing and look forward to may more events hopefully with more HSV's attending.

I have found a couple of books on the back seat of my car one called Holden Torana performance Handbook the other HSV 1988-2003. Are they yours Rob?

I think the description is medieval, the mud was thick and very sticky and the rain when it came was horizontal at times. I had the appropriate kit so the weather did not effect me too much but others looked like bog people.
