RE: TVR Sagaris
Discussion
Mrs Fish - I see your point. I'll not be visiting any clients in the Sagaris that's for sure.
Nick - I agree with your 12 month wait point. Only thing is in this case I can't wait! I'll just have to hope the factory will see us early adopters right and retro fit any improvements. Having said that there should be a good few around by the time I take delivery. It appears to share a fair bit with the T350 too so hopefully that'll help.
It's going to be a long wait to next Spring...

Just got back from the show and was pleased with all on display.. after speaking to Mr.Wheeler i can confirm that the Sagaris will be supercharged at some point.. but just like the Typhon everyone has to be patient! its obvious TVR need alot more funding behind them to produce these kind of cars in volume... but as Mr.Wheeler says as long as there's a serious customer we'll build anything.... It's all good from my point of view and if Peter can find some serious people to invest heavily into his company, i can only see TVR going from strength to strength....

Have heard that the track is to be widened on the Sagaris before production of the dealer demonstrators. Can't help being nervous about having ordered one after seeing the prototype. Seems like they (TVR) can revamp as much as they like before you actually get your car, which is OK if you have bicycle clips and a penchant for brown underwear. Met Mr Wheeler though and he did have a twinkle in his eye when talking about the sound of the 'saggy'exhaust.Hope the carbon fibre door trims make it into production,as the painted ones look a bit custom car....nah wat I mean like, triffic eh?
Well I went to the Motorshow on Saturday and liked it so much I ordered one there and then. Delivery approx Oct-Nov this year. Also the price was rising by £2k for all orders after the Motorshow.
I was advised to visit the factory in late July when the dealer cars are going through. Then I can see the various colours in order to help me make my final selection.
However I pretty much know it will be yellow....
I shall be sorry to see the cerbera go but I think the Sagaris is a justified replacement.

I'm just in the process of doing the same thing. However, price is still set at 49,995 + 2k for aircon.
The rumour is that they're widening the track and modifying the arches to accomodate the 19" wheels.
I was also told they've taken 12 months worth of orders so it'll be this time next year for mine.
I'm not too sure about the yellow though - I think I'll be having a midnight blue exterior....
