Dave found the attached drawing on one of the panels under carpet, apparently drawn by the engineers.

Also, my car after week one.

It's finally done and home. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Dave has done a fantastic job of the retrimming.

Dare I say it, the car interior has a BMW build quality. As well as the leather and Alcantara the purple stitching and TVR logo make it stand out. It's almost as if the car has suddenly grown up. I am adding pictures but they don't do it justice. As well as the trimming I had the glovebox top changed to a fibreglass one, 2 additional mid range speakers to go with the 4 on the barely used system and a few other bits. Money well spent.

That almost looks like the interior of the TSO to me.

Looks Like dave the trimmer has done a quality job, the leather he uses look much better quality than the D&C trim

Can't really answer that one, but the leather he uses is better quality than that used by TVR originally, certainly.

It's always hard to tell from pictures, however I spent a lot of time looking at leather quality. I wanted longevity, endurance and a feeling of quality. I didn't want it going shiny or cracking after a few months or years. I took it into my local dealer this week for a service, a company that also restores cars to concours standard. They were impressed with Dave's work and the fit and finish. Sometimes it comes down to personal taste so I wouldn't comment on someone else's choices. I'm not one for quilting, I just don't think it will stand the test of time but you pay your money and you take your choice.

Depends what you quilt it in.

The key is the quality of the material that you use, not what you do with it.

D&C Trim used "Bridge of Weir"/"Andrew Muirhead" fine Scottish leather for my re-trim.
