Black Tamora at MaxPower

That might have been the Tamora that convinced PW to allow them in black. When I was being shown around the factory by the lovely Lisa (who does an excellent job by the way) she said something about them having done a black/orange Tamora (as a stunt car?). PW saw it, liked it, and the ability to order black Tamoras was born...

This car was down at BugJam this weekend. Guy is a stunt driver sponsored by TVR and BF Goodrich. It's the first Tamora I have seen in the flesh and actually looked a lot better than in pictures, apart from the colour scheme.
He was certainly giving it some 'pasty', although much of his driving involved doing doughnuts and got a bit boring after a while.

Did find it quite ironic that he was advertising tyres and adhesion, when all he did was spin the wheels alot. Doesn't give you confidence in the tyres. Think his name was Terry Grant - "stunt driver"
Interesting that Jo Guest was hanging around like a fly.... Not sure if she's his bird or not.
Still, enjoyed myself, eventhough I was "racing" a car considerably slower than my Cerby :-(
