I seem to remember reading on one of the threads a few weeks ago, that someone had removed the black paint, and polished the tailpipes of the exhaust. Has anyone else done this, and has anyone posted any piccies?
remeber the thread - think it was either nubbin or flasher who had done this. I seem to recall that it involved using fine grade wire wool to strip the black paint, then giving the thing a good polish up.
yeah, myself and nubbin have done it. simple job and looks fab. after 1500miles or so the paint will wash off anyway but you can get it off gently with fine wire wool. then jsut polich with autosol or similar. lovely...
