Sticky throttle.

My Tamora seems to have a throttle issue.

When I change gear I have to take my foot completely off the accelerator pedal before pressing the clutch.

Otherwise the revs shoot up to around 4k.

Otherwise the accelerator works fine, there's no catching or sticking.

Could this be throttle bodies?

Or maybe the cable just needs greasing?

Probs just the cable, or the pedal box. NJP from the forum had a similar issue, with the cable snagging at the pedal end.
