Don't know the car but that's a good price for a 4.3, especially since it's a similar price to a standard 3.6.
The 4.3 is a stonking engine and well worth it over standard.

Yes and no I think it's a very early 4.3 with no engine warranty left on it.Going to see it this weekend though
