Respray options northwest

All,
Thinking of getting my T350 resprayed but not over endowed with cash Can anyone recommend a bodyshop with TVR experience and reasonable prices? I don't think I'll be going with anything too flamboyant like spectraflair.
I'm in Cheshire, but prepared to travel for the right job / price.

I notice that these people are currently working on a Tuscan.
They've previous done good some smart repair work for me to an exceptional standard.

Ryan at SP Automotive did mine and has a wealth of experience with TVR. Highly recommended and a reasonable price. He is also near to you in Tattenhall. Mention Me and he might buy me a beer!

What sort of budget have you got? I'm getting my Cerb done in March/April by a small outfit in Chorley, Lancashire. I would love to use S&D as everyone swears buy the quality of their work but my budget won't stretch. I'll post some pics when it's done.Thinking of getting my T350 resprayed but not over endowed with cash

Well I'm told the going rate is £3,500, which is more than I'd like to pay! The car in question is a cat C so I'm loathed to spend money I'm never going to see again.
Why not try a good detailing company, they can flatten and polish out some of the worst scatchies and marking in a full days work, can pay anything between £200-400 depending on quality and most importantly time spent on your car?I was always a little sceptical of the companies that sprouted up after TVR's demise.
My concerns were based on the fact that of all the TVRs I've ever had, very few were painted well, and trim was better at falling apart than staying intact.
10 years on and I am having work done by folk that are ex TVR employees, Surface and design included.
I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work, the way they are managing their part in my project, and importantly, the fact that they call me to give me updates.
Wouldn't think of going anywhere else and I don't think they are particularly expensive for the quality of the work they deliver

A cat C still has a valve and if it is repair well and then well prepared and properly painted, it is going to fetch more when you sell, than a cat C with a quick paint flick over?Just because a paint shop doesn't charge 5 grand for a spray job it doesn't automatically make it a poor job. Some places are one man bands and they only have a fraction of the overheads some bigger places have and so the saving is passed on. I'm in the same boat, getting my car done soon but don't have a large budget. Obviously if I had the cash I would take to S&D as they have a fantastic reputation but for me it just isn't an option.
