As per title, anything I can do? Or, is it replacement only?

Have you a few different pictures of the fan motor?

I had a similar problem with one of the fans on my Griff. Not sure if this will work on yours, but by removing some of the screws I was able to spray WD40 inside and after manually turning it I was able to free it. I then ran the car for a couple of years, before I sold it without further problem.

Is there no way it will dismantle if you remove the fan blades from the motor?
