I know that the new TVR will be a great car but if you see my past cars it’s clear how I pick them looking at a 2010 Gran Turismo!

I had a GT and although dated I loved it .. the sound and the drama .. everyone loved it

So I understand the engine rebuild point - but it also depends what is a rebuild. Full teardown? Only the heads...something to look at.

It doesn't scare me anyways

I will give a call to str8six - from what I can tell they are THE place to go for TVR shopping/repairs.

Mine is 2006, with air con and close ratio gearbox. And it's had a rebuild by Str8six, improving it to the 4.3 spec, with nearly two years left on the engine warranty. I doubt you'll find a better combo, but I haven't priced it higher than the others currently for sale.
