Tamora interior light pic request

Don’t know how I missed this when I bought it, but my Tam is missing the interior light in the hood. I have the light, but not the surround that goes with it. Could someone please take a picture of their interior light so I know what I need to make? Thanks.

There is no surround. Its just shoved in a hole in the leather / hoop.

I suggest getting hold of an MGTF rear view mirror and fitting it. The integrated map lights actually light up the interior.

Try VAG rocker type festoon unit instead.

Out of curiosity, where does it pick up a supply from? Or did you have to run a cable?

Extend the supply from the interior light. Mine was behind the driver's seat. Need to extend an earth, door switch wire and constant live.

As did I, but the light is all behind you. Map lights in the rear view mirror give you light up front. There are LED bulbs for the map lights too.
