Sag passenger door only opening halfway

Door doesn’t seem to have slipped or anything but it’s only opening halfway and then seems to be catching on some rubber or similar that stops the door fully opening.
Is there any seal or similar in front of the door hinge that I can’t see that may have come loose? Any other ideas?

You sometimes have to adjust the door height (see hinge) slightly as it randomly changes itself.

I used to have to do it once or twice a year as the door would start catching on the seals/window or not shut properly.
