RE: Tamora Coupe Confirmed!
Discussion
It's definately a photoshop - check out the 'new tamora' pictures on www.tvr-eng.co.uk ..
bloody hell that looks sensational. Hope they don't cock it up though like they did with the back of the tuscanR .. original back end looked fab with SP12 style lights, Tuscan round-light style back end looks truly awful. Best thing about the Tamora though is it starts out with one of the best looking front ends ever. Great stuff.

Don't be cynical Marc,it could be the Coupe was parked in the exact same spot the drophead was parked when it was photographed! And the same sky, trees etc.
I think Marc is right. That's probably also the reason why the photo is so small. But what the hell, this is an official factory picture and PH was the first to bring it to the world. Please let's not waste our energy saying this is non-event, when we are all excited

Yes I agree it is an exciting car but I think the point is that they are saying delivery will commence shortly after the motor show but at the moment there is not a real car to photograph!

If only it could go round corners and didn't become skittish under braking it would be worth putting in a big engine. C'mon Wheeler get some professional engineers and not munkees that know how to set a "sports car" up properly otherwise you will always be outclassed by Porsche and other marques...
Enuff said, sorry if that upsets any hardcore TVR groupies... )

Sounds like a Griff owner talking!! It corners like it's on rails, and I've yet to experience "skittishness." It was these two features, lacking in my Chimaera, that encouraged me to get the Tamora.
Tell you what though, If there's a coupe, and Targa top, it could be the Tuscan that's under threat - especially the basic Tuscan. That model will disappear rapidly, and we'll be left with Tamora, Tamora coupe/targa, Tuscan S, Cerbera (2+2) and Tuscan R. A neat set of steps in the power and price ranges....

Would have thought that they would have nicked the "R" from the Tuscan-R.
The outline sketch looks OK - who did it?
The sketch is deffinately a Graham Browne effort. He seems to be calling most of the exterior shots these days. There's some other stuff of his @ www.grahambrowne.co.uk , just a little portfolio, but it gives some insight in the the man's TVR obsession...
...lucky really as he works there!
I guess they are V.busy @ TVR at the moment as I cannot seem to get hold of certain people there lately, and that's usually the reason.
My bet is there will a "Tamora modificato" of some type @ the show, but the only feature you can be assured will be present are "MJS" shaped hand prints in the bootlid paint.
Mouse.
MJS, if you ever read this, for chri*t's sake, give me a call, I'm growing a beard here waiting for an answer to my txt's....
...you flippin' northern monkey!

Bit more info gleaned from various sources...
Our mockup:
apparently bears little relation to the T350C! Couldn't pin down any further info
Roll on the motor show!
I'm sure Peter Wheeler would not allow a car that so blatantly ripped off the looks of a Porsche 911! (OK, I know it's only a mockup).
