I’ve started to get this on my Tamora everytime I turn the ignition off. Legend says “Power Supply”.
Can anyone please confirm if this is the button cell in the dashboard? If it is, I assume it has to be replaced with the dash pod off the car but connected by the ribbons and ignition on, so that the memory isn’t lost.
Anyone please confirm all this please before I toast the dash and / or lose the stored data. Thanks

That old chestnut, this happened on my old Tam, usually means excess current is being drawn lowering the main battery voltage, in my case water had leaked onto the passenger door Ecu in the footwell, the window dropped down and the door opened on it's own overnight, after unplugging the Ecu and drying out it was fine, when refitting ensure the plug is down as water has difficulty running uphill.

Try pressing the brake pedal firstly (ignition off) to drain down any residual voltage, this might turn the dash off, also the alternator can cause this by back feeding the dash.

The dash button battery when low usually generates a different error code, it can be replaced (as quick as possible) with the pod out as it is supported by a capacitor to retain the data.

Good luck and post back later if still troublesome thumbup
