Anyone know the T350t at Fernhurst TVR please?
Discussion
^^ Thanks for your post. Seems like you went through the exact dilemma that I’ve got now.
Great looking car, but with apparently a couple of bits to do ( Fernhurst were totally upfront about the interior when I spoke with them ) I’m kind of over the French thing now but would honestly really prefer if it was TVR specialist serviced from new.
I can’t view until the end of lockdown and as time is creeping on it’s becoming the worst time to sell my current car, which I collected yesterday after having a couple of jobs completed.
Interesting you went for a Tamora in the end, again a beautiful looking car.
I’m aiming to view asap, just bad timing really.
Thanks again for your thoughts.
Very best regards and keep safe.

I can understand why you bought it. Great looking car.
If I didn’t already have a convertible which I’m embarrassed to say don’t take the roof off very often a Tamora would definitely be in the running.
I kept looking st the blue one in the classified section which would suit me but I fancy a change from a convertible, although I can’t understand why it hasn’t sold as it looks like a really nice car.
That’s the good thing about TVRs - a car for everyone!
Is the interior black as well?

I hadn’t checked but am not surprised that the blue one sold. I would of thought it would of gone quicker but maybe the market is not as big as we think!
I’m definitely going to have a look at the T350t and hope my emotions don’t take over!
I’m still happy with the car I have and it was given a clean bill of health last week with literally nothing left to do so maybe a stupid time to change, but I can’t help feeling a T350 would suit me better.
In hindsight it’s the worse time of year to do anything regarding these cars and with the second lockdown it’s dragging it out further. Hopefully all will be back to normal soon and I can view and see if it is in fact for me........ or not.
Best regards

Unfortunately due to the current lockdown I’ve not been able to progress this much.
After a lot of thought I’m not going to look at the one I originally mentioned, although I’m sure it’s a fantastic car I can’t get over the history.
Hopefully the Griffith will be for sale next week if all goes well. I was hoping to part exchange it against a T350 although I think I would be better with the money as P / X values don’t appear to be that great.
Currently the silver one as Str8six looks really nice although I’m not sure about the interior but that’s something that really needs to be seen. The Rolex Blue one is obviously the one to go for but it’s definitely creeping up the price range.
Hopefully once I have a hand full of money I will be asking lots more questions if you don’t mind.
Thanks for your help, best regards and keep safe, Doug

Thanks Paul.
As yet viewings on the Griff are proving difficult.
It will go as it’s genuinely a great car but it needs to be seen.
Originally I was maybe a bit naive thinking p / x prices may be higher. As soon as someone is enjoying the Griff I will hopefully be moving forward.
If it’s still okay and possible obviously depending on lockdown restrictions, I still wouldn’t mind a look around yours so I have more of an idea what I’m looking at before I commit to one if you don’t mind.
I will keep you posted but at the moment in the situation we are in It’s a bit of a waiting game.
Very best regards and keep safe. Doug

Sounds like a great opportunity for a drive!
The car I was originally interested in lived in France for a while but was also serviced there.
I understand it’s now gone to Germany so obviously wasn’t an issue for the new buyer.
My timing for changing my car is not the best due to the current circumstances but at the time it looked like it was getting better.
Driving a Griff or any TVR from Spain to the UK and back every year would be a dream come true.
Very best regards

That is one lovely looking car.As you say with the vaccine and better weather on the way you can make up all the miles you have lost.
So sorry about the name change Peter, not sure how that happened.
When someone is enjoying the Griff I will PM you to try to make arrangements if that’s still ok.
Many thanks and keep safe. Doug

You have ended up with a beautiful looking car.
I saw the advert with Mole Valley TVR. The interior Contrasts really well with the exterior colour.
Interesting regards to the cabin noise in the car I was originally interested in.
When the weather brightens up and when we can make journeys that are no longer only essential you have a lot of excellent driving to look forward to!! ( slightly jealous )

Afternoon
Hope all is well with everyone.
Just a quick update
The Griffith has now sold ( yesterday)
While it was away I had trouble looking at the space on the drive and took replaced it with a Lancia Fulvia HF Lusso as the attached pictures
It’s probably my very last chance to buy one whilst they are at a price I can afford so I made the leap
Thanks so much for all the help and advice. At the beginning I was definitely going for a T350 and if the Griffith had sold earlier would of got one but in the meantime the HF became available
