Willy wavers please ignore this. I am genuinely interested in what is the power output of a standard Sagaris? Just looking today I find the following quoted:

Figures in Power (BHP) / Torque (lb ft)

TVRCC: 400/270
Wikipedia (Sagaris): 406/349
ultimatespecs.com: 395/309
Str8six advert Pistonheads: 380/350
Castle & HHC adverts Pistonheads: 324/310

Apologies if this has been discussed before, but a quick search fails to explain the differences between TVRCC, Wiki and those being advertised.

First thing is are you talking at the Wheels or at the Flywheel . Manufacturers figures are usually at the flywheel and in situations where emissions don't matter smile. Rolling roads seem to differ and are from the resistance at the wheels. Some apply a guestimate of the transmission losses to produce a flywheel figure. So getting an absolute consistent figure seems almost impossible to me.

Have a look in the Speed Six modified wiki. My standard was a good string engine at 370iirc. Another gent has his details in the wiki.

Tvr said 406 but that was high most cars between 340-390 I think, from memory sags were alittle lower due to exhaust not been as efficient but I may of just made that up, there is quite a it of difference car to car
