Ted - sorry for being a know-it-all, but you forgot to mention that the back lights have also moved position slightly.

How exactly? I can't see any difference between the yellow & silver cars...(assuming that yellow is old spec)

I don't have a Tamora...but how annoying for existing owners to have their cars devalued by a facelift so soon into production!! I am not convinced that the change is an 'improvement' in many terms - looks wise the front end was always quite nice.

Has there been any other model that has received body work updates so soon in the TVR stable? The Chimaera was in production 3 years before changes like this. Doh!

There is just a little more body between the top light and the boot lid, and doesn't it bulge a little more too? It is different just above the numberplate. Still looks awful though.

I think the facelift looks good and reduces the bluntedness of both ends.

Henley Heritage also have one for sale on their site! About £40K with Black 18s!

I'm surprised they didn't take the opportunity to add gas discharge lighting, the standard lights seem a bit out of date on a car this new.....I spose Clive's working on this though

News - Face lift great... what the back end is still
almost the same... the front was OK - everyone
dealers and owners alike seem to agree that it's
the back that needs changing.

Hello TVR..Hello...

Sorry the line seems to be dead...!

Sorry but this car still doesn't excite me changes or no changes still has its bland roadster look. Any way don't want to make people yawn so I'll get back off to the Griff section.

That coming from a bloke who owns a Taimar....hardly a stunner itself mate... and slow too.

I'm not bothered about the light conversion, it can hardly be described as a "facelift" and I can't see the changes making any difference to the value of the car.

OK, so they're made the front fog lights bigger. Don't really understand why as I've not used my fog lights in 9 months!
Has the front grill/air intake been made bigger? Looks it.
Cheers... Andrew

The rear looks ever so slightly Tuscanish. Actually I saw the Tamora pics on the TVR site and I'm not sure which front end I prefer.

I'm sure it's a fabulous car, and performance/handling is what counts, but I still think it's ugly _ I don't care what anyone say's...

The same goes for the Tuscan R, I've tried to like it, seen it in the flesh a couple of times, ugly car....eeeoch!!!!!!!!!!

Andrew, don't think the front air intake is any bigger, its just painted in body colour instead of painting the black line all round, and so makes it look bigger.
Personally, I don't like the new front lights, much prefer the existing lights.
The front did not need any cosmetic changes (IMO), but I feel they have missed the opportunity to change the back end, which could have been improved and made it more appealing to those that are still undecided about it.
Anyway, the car is fantastic as it is

Well, I think I prefer the look of the original car. The front on the new one is a bit fussy for me (and I don't own one before I get labeled)

Was at my dealers this morning and saw two cars with the changes. The pictures posted here do not do it justice IMHO. Also the new lights are not fogs but driving lights ie full beam. So the fog light switch has two positions one of which isn't used on the revised model. Maybe the fact that those of us with the older models have front fogs could actually be benefical when we come to sell

well what dare i say that tamora is waiting for me and I have seen it yesterday. It looks phantastic in real life and the frontlight change makes in my humble opinion the front look less tight (?!?) somehow. Its my first TVR and have to wait to pick it up until next week - if that is not torture?
