Bilbao (ish) hotel with safe parking?

Our ferry has been "upgraded" to an eco ferry so now we need to stay within an hour or two of Bilbao for a night before boarding.
Any recommendations for half-decent hotels with safe parking? Also needs to be pet-friendly. TIA

Hotel Gran Bilbao is centrally located (easy walk to centre) and has an underground car park. As with all Spanish indoor car parks however, it's quite tight and some of the approach angles are quite steep. If you have a low-slung car you might catch the underside. (Ask me how I know.)

Thanks all that’s definitely somewhere to start. Really tricky working out where’s got a decent car park
