LCD screen on Tamora

Hi. I know the instruments can be a bit erratic but has anyone experienced the LCD being blank and then suddenly coming on ?

I've not had mine toally blank, but I have had all the dash 'breaking' up and flickering badly when it was damp inside the car. Suddenly rectified itself after driving for 10 minutes.
Could yours possibly be a loose ribbon cable?

Yes and had mine replaced with a blue/white one by TVR101 which works a lot better than the old one.
