Okay chaps, binned it, sorry. It was a heat of the moment thing. It was also heavily fuelled by a seperate issue with the aforementioned person which I won't even go into here. Ask Gaffer if you see her about, and it may well change your views. Gaffer's not on PH so much anymore though.

Sadly this is a common story reflected in plenty of other industries. The computer game industry is a good example because it is easy to see how much of a games budget is used up by the marketing dept.
This causes much resentment among the atrists and programmers because they feel they do all the work and get none of the credit, and feel that a lot of the budget is wasted. So it is easy to see why some within TVR feel the way they do.
However marketing is important and if Danielle keeps the customers happy then she is very useful, lets face it as a niche manufacturer TVR need all the help they can get in the customer satisfaction stakes.
Anyway, more importantly, I think Benno is right in thinking that the 400hp motor will be the tuscan S engine (4.0). TVR would be mad to make yet another one, unless of course there is a problem with the 4.0 that we are not aware of .
Christof, are you going to have an aero package put on the new car?? If so do you reckon they would put a flat floor on the car (a la lotus elise, F355 etc) to increase the airflow under the car and make the diffuser work better??
Rob.

Rob,
yeah, I'm thinking of getting an aerodynamic package. I've spoke to the guy who did the last one and he's currently developing something.
1. Frontsplitter
2. Sidesplitter
3. New diffuser, because I would like to get the T440R exhaust system
Regarding the 400 bhp 3.6, maybe it has something to do that TVR is developing a new engine as needed in the T400R for homologating for LeMans.
Just a thought....

Perhaps but i thought it was a case of the basic block needing to have been produced in more than 2,000 vehicles - so assuming there is this number of s6 cerb, tamora and tuscan on the orad before next may they should be ok
perhaps the change in size is to do with best airflow performance through the restrictor.
