Well said Chris.

I don't hear any Enzo owners moaning that their cars are hard to get rid of because only a imited number were made.

Yeah some time around 2020 the rare TVR Tamora will be highly collectable, maybe.

And you drive a...?

A griff, rumour has it. I think he's secretly attempting to get the residuals of s6 cars down to a level where he can p/x the Griff for a Tuscan AND a Tamora!

This wasn't a criticism of the Tamora but the assumption that somehow stopping production would increase secondhand values. I love Tamoras but they won't attract attention because of scarcity for many years.

PS Why are all owners of Speed Six cars so paranoid - chill out guys.

Intersting analogy.

What is the basis for this pearl of wisdom?

Damn, and I was going to suggest a new TVR sub-forum called "Jigsty Baiting" (not offically of course as we don't want the RSCPA after us for illegal wildlife hunting, so maybe called "Jigsty's Pearls of Wisdom)"

I have heard from a very reliable source that TAM/T350 will

Dude if you aint got the full story, keep it shtum.
How about you let TVR announce their news when they have their plans set up. This rumour has already prompted a panic response that Moleskins was planning on selling up! Ironic that it took a semi formed half mouthed rumour limited to only a few ppl to get him to speak out!

During the Back Home factory tour on Sunday, the factory guide said the Tamora moulds will still be available to make the cars if customers order them.

Our guide advised the Sagaris chassis was the same as all the other T-cars and only the wishbone lengths varied.

The main metal chassis is the same. However, if you include wishbones, suspension etc then they're different (the chassis has multiple mounting points for each of the configs IIRC).

The last of the production line Tamoras was built 30/06/2006 as well. Which I hired it for my wedding car without knowing before I bought my current Tam.

Funny all the talk of "prices won't go up". I've made around £8k on my tam in 5 years!

Looking at the Tamora database there are less than 200 of them!
