I've got the full 18" if you don't mind

I think that's the point that we were trying to make Glen.
Everyone has been raving about how good the T350 is, (and apparently quite rightly so), but there are many of us, (myself included), who prefer the full 'wind in your hair & flies in your teeth' experience, and wouldn't buy a T350 because it's not a convertible.

However, as I said before, if they made one of these........

They possibly don't want to upset owners of the current Tamora model, who, having spent around £40k within the past 12 months, would see the residual value of their cars slashed dramatically?

Errr... 6,000 mile Tamora that was TMS demonstrator and therefore decent spec, currently offered by private trader @ £29,995 on Autotrader site.

Scary.

Also I have only seen one or two private sales - both infact were just before giving them to dealers. Certainly in the first few months the second hand/ ex demo cars were all dealer cars. The dealers basically controlled the used Tamora market - yet cars were slipping to 30k even then. It seems bizarre that they bought it upon themselves, I can only think they found it hard to shift them.

Either someone made a big mistake or the dealers were desperate to undercut eachother. Its a shame as the Tamora seemed to be TVR's first step into the previously unknown area of decent handling. Ah well, I guess it leaves the owners-to-be in a few years something to smile about

Can I sense a feeling that Tamora's want T350's to leave? Ok, then let the T350's have their own 'Gassing Page'- simple.
However I feel we should be like twins, and get on together, afterall our parents are the same and so is the majority of the mechanics. Would a gathering of Tamora's except T350's - you tell me?

PS Thanks apache for heated rear window advice - I'll get it checked.

Sorry but I don't think you have got the point. In all the threads that I have read I don't think once have I seen a Tamora owner Knock a T350, in fact quite the opposite. Look in your own direction to see if T350 owners think we are 2nd best!
I totally agree that we are from the same family and enjoy speaking/reading constuctively about both cars.

Come on guys liven up!! I've owned both cars and they are both awesome.

It is pretty factual to say that the T350 is better looking though, unless your name is S.Wonder... but that doesn't mean that the Tamora is ugly, it isn't. It's not a pretty as a Griff either but it's still 100% more awesome looking, agressive and rare than just about anything else around. And it offers roof down fun which you miss out on in a coupe.

In my case my favourite TVR that I've owned was my Cerbera so I wanted another coupe anyway. I like the safety aspect of the rollcage and the fact that when I'm really hot I can shut the windows and stick my air-conditioning on...

Lets remember that the Tamora laid the ground for the T350 and that the "T" in T350C stands for "Tamora" and the "C" stands for "Coupe"

Nuff said!!

Then call me S.Wonder, I've just been to have a look at the tesco and it's an amazing looking thing but better looking than the Tamora...I don't think so!!!!
I#m with Glen on this, if you've got nothing good to say, then say nothing.

Both cars look great. I ordered my Tamora and it arrived at the dealers at the same time as the T350 demo car and I have to admit it did look good but that was in Jan an it was very cold for any topless fun.

Looking outside today and I am glad I have a Tamora because the sun is shining and unless you have gone for the expensive air con option in the T350 it will get very, very hot in the summer.

In conclusion both cars are lovely, both cars are the same under the skin but I wanted the roof to come off so no regrets on my choice of car.

(At least now I have it back after a long spell at the menders but that another story)

Im with Flasher on it, the front and rear of the t350 is much better resolved and the whole design has a cohesiveness to it that the Tamora doesnt have.

Sorry if you already bought a Tamora Paul, but if one was available with a t350 snout and rump would you really not take that instead?
