999 is shortly going to prove us all stupid by revealing a T bar car with exposed roll bars above the windows to back up his earlier comments.

I am waiting with baited breath but feel his return could be lenghty...

thats 2 hours of looking through car mags so far then 999??

hmm t bar, without a T bar, with frameless doors, with roll bar tubes, I would start looking at beach buggies or kit car monthly as dont believe you will find anything otherwise and will have to eat humble pie..

The humble pie is just about to be served....

Would Sir like Custard with it? Or lashings of humiliation.....

To set the record straight I do think the T350T will eventually come out. But not as a conventional targa top.

After 7 hours there's still no sign of the righteous one. Still waiting for the elusive T-bar with no T-bar and a full exposed roll cage to be revealed..

Calling ***999*** , fess up, admit you were fibbing and you are now the silly one with to quote 'dealers the length and breadth of the country laughing at the ill informed opinions you spout'.

Does it really matter...?

It will come out...look stunning, go like a rocket on superboost, be fairly well priced, everyone will love it and want one.

Hi everyone hopefully this post will help to clarify things, the roof on the T350T will consist of two removable panels and the existing rollcage that is used on the T350C will be retained without modifcation although the cage will not be exposed.
You will have two seperate removeable panels which are surrounded by fixed bodywork, hope this helps to resolve things.

Hi apache just checked out your profile nice Griff dont see many in that colour, as for the Buell it puts a huge grin on my face every time I take it out its fitted with a full Vance&Hines race system guaranted to set off every car alarm in 50m, and as you guessed the garage is big 70'x20'

Is it just me thinking that 2 removable roof panels for 2000GBP seem a little bit overpriced...

You definately will need an aircon too...

I actually think it's a shame the forums are used for petty slanging matches, we're all mates in here & there should be other places to let off steam like that. I enjoy reading the threads but I personally take no enjoyment out of reading stuff like this.

As an objective bystander, I actually think 999 was contributing to an interesting debate about a car I'm sure we're all very keen to see. I'm not sure about the bars over the windows thing (although I think I saw an old Land Rover with that style of open roof?!), & I'm sure that buffeting will be a problem, may require some redesign of the rear window?

I can see that there's a few of you in here who are established friends, reading this I think 999 was on a hiding to nothing for expressing his opinions and you've all sprung to flashers defence. Whether you agree with 999 or not, I think that it's a shame you have to shout someone down, when to me it seems that someone else is equally to blame for the tone of chat. I personally don't know who flasher is, or see why anybody should necessarily know about him or his car(s) or the problems he's had (...for which I'm genuinely sympathetic!), but, I'm sorry, reading this IMO I don't think he's added anything constructive to this debate at all.

IMO, the T350 is a great car whether it's a fixed head or a targa, I'm very jealous of any of you that can afford to buy one, so, guys, just chill out & chat for fun! I've no wish to be shouted down like 999, so I'll leave my post at that!

Nonsense. I have never in all my years read such condescending ,patronising bollocks as he writes on here. It's got f**k all to do with people knowing me and more to do with the fact that most of us see the bloke as a complete knob.

You are entitled to your opinion. At least *999* the wannabe policeman has a friend now....

Lee

Cheers for that, hope to see you at Back Home again this year.

So, to sum up, it appears to be £2000 for a sunroof.
