Iced Titanium is a gun metal grey metallic - basically TVR's take on the Ferrari Grigio Titano colour. Looks very Aston Martin.

nicksey, petersmith sportcars have an ice titanium t350c in stock. Here is the link If you havent seen it

Inmate - thanks for the link, Peter Smith's is the dealer that I've got my order with (deposit taken at motorshow hence not using my closest dealer) so I've seen it in the flesh and it looks very nice in a classical understated (for a TVR) way!

Last Tuesday evening (about 8pm) I was on the A5 between Llangollen and Corwen and there was an Orange T350 stopped at a set of temp traffic lights - it got me thinking alternatives to the colour scheme that I have chosen (Iced Titanium with a Black and Mulberry interior) - I just can't seem to shake how good Tam Girl's Tamora looks and wondering how it would look for the T350!

See if Bodo can knock you up a T350c in Tam Girls Tamora colour using Paintshop. Seem to remember a thread where he did a few similar colour changes for people.

Bodo?

I've used Photoshop to change this pic that I took at the factory to Iced Titanium..

www.evoposters.net/cars/Nickseys/DSCN0885_2_2?full=1

... its proving a little more difficult changing it to a pearlescent white.

I honestly thought that I would go for a Steely Grey like this for my T350 - now I am not so sure. Don't get me wrong it looks great, but kinda subdued. Audi have a great slightly blue/grey metallic that is on a lot of TT's at the moment - possible that. Christof - seem to recall that you had spec'ed a grey with anthracite wheels...still the case?

Anyone got a paler blue Tam/T350 - all the blues seem to be around the RedBull or Imperial hues....

Crystal Topaz would look fantastic on a 350 I reckon...

Agreed, that was what I was thinking Plotloss,...is that one of the paint options that requires me parting with substantial quantities of 'hard-earned'?

There was a Crystal Topaz T350 in build on 14th March - it looked very nice although it was still just a painted shell on its chassis - I'll see if I can dig out a picture if you want... it won't give you a true indication of what the finished article would look like but it'll give you a fair idea.

Plotless, during the painful period after the motorshow whilst trying to decide whether the T350 could be lived with on a day to day basis I have scoured the web both for pictures to get inspiration for colour schemes and to get some background on ownership and running experiences - I've not seen a deep purple one yet.

The recent thread by Snazza shows his new one in a very deep blue which looks really nice.

The Reflex Charcoal one on sleepyfish.com looks fantastic.

I'm going for the Iced Titianium exactly because it's a little subdued and as discreet as a TVR can get (when it's not running anyway) - plus the metallic grey may help in masking stonechips a little (that nose is very low).

I am sure that racing green had a purple T350c. I received a copy of sprint a couple of months ago and there was an article in there with two T350c's in the showroom, one was reflex green and the other was purple, I remember this because they were the two colours that I was battling over when I ordered my Tamora. Went for reflex green in the end but still love the purple. I have still got sprint perhaps someone on here can scan the pictures in?

Cheers Coops/Nicksey.

Yep a scan would be handy!

Bodo kindly mocked one up for me, its on another thread...

My order went in specced as the same colour as the first Tuscan R press shots (I let them sort the exact colour). Benno also apparently saw a Purple one on the line at the Factory.

To this day though I am not sure I could make the decision between Spectraflair Silver, Crystal Topaz and that Purple again though.

i like mine in black as it hides all the bits of masking and the unpainted bits on the TVR body!

that said if you are going to do silver then in view of the black front a rear lights and black details it would look best with black wheels and a black interior IMHO

Hmmm crystal Topaz...could be a bit lairy for me,..worth further consideration though.

I tend to agree with Nicksey that having something a bit subdued might be a good idea - especially for living in London, and yes Benno - the spec I discussed with MV is for anthracite wheels with black interior,...hmmmm.

Originally I went for Iced Titanium, but thought about it again and went for Brilliant Silver instead.

Speccced anthracite alloys and a black interior with some small portland grey bits.

Also ordered black air intakes and black hole area of the diffuser.

The body is now finished (together with the body of the press car ) and I'm looking forward to pick it up in 4-5 weeks.

Will post some piccies asap.
