Mags should get their cars after Easter (now) and reviews will appear very shortly. Probably the next round of mags (July 03).

I eMailed EVO this week and their response was that they will hopefully drive one in time for the next issue!

no they wont as it was my car they were intending to test.

factory are trying to complete a silver t350 for them for the week after next which may just sneak in to the next edition or it might be the one after.

For sure, but have been asked politely not to facilitate it.

By chance even had a call from Mr Samuelson earlier today casually enquiring how it was going...

Funnily enough also had evo chasing me this week to join their proposed group test for next week with my car.

Autocar also asked for a drive at one of their recent bedford days. hmmm.

Can make no comment other than that I am looking forward to the factory performing some work at short notice on my car, and also looking forward to a nosey round the pits at le mans during the race.

Sounds like the press car (TVR 100) is in N.Wales today!!!

TVR 100 has indeed been with EVO and most other car mags, will be in June editions. Seen the car today back at the factory. Has sun visors rear roll cover door speakers and rear window set lower in the body. Oh and different glove box lid!

The sun visors are not just an afterthought, totally different arrangement, looks good.

Barefoot - what did they say when you asked them to retro-fit these changes to your car?

The rear window impossible as the bodywork is different. The other stuff might be possible but obviously not FOC. That is to be expected with any new model and I don't have a problem with it, if you want to be first kid on the block with a new toy you got to expect alterations and changes to spec on later cars.

Heath is going to let me know, but sun visors might be a windscreen out job if it is possible.

The car is silver and looks awesome it was just back from Top Gear and has done the rounds so some performance figures should be available soon.

this might seem a stupid question but how do car mags find out about the owners and what makes them chose to use one persons car over another.

Collected mine yeserday (1187) and has none of these upgrades (Doh!).

I still love it. Can't imagine the rear window arrangement but presumably looks a little "911". Glovebox needed redesigning, speakers in the doors necessary too and the rear cover would be nice, I agree.
