Tried about a dozen companies/brokers considering trackdays, trackers, xs, limited/unlimited milage etc etc - I also ended up with A.Manning for the T350T (350bhp not rr): 33, bristol, full ncd, protected, 7000m, inc TVR/TVRCC track days = 881.85

"Seeing that Direct Line, Privalege & Tesco are all owned by the same company (Royal Bank of Scotland I think)"
Also own Churchills as well

FYI RBS are now rated about 15th in the Forbes 500. (Essentially the Worlds biggest(their definition is rather complex) companies)That is 'bigger' than Microsoft, Ford, CocoCola etc.
Top 4 European Bank on market capitalisation.
The list of Companies they own is quite impressive and diverse.
From Water Companies to railways, to Insurance companies,as well as the general banking.
Quite amazing what they have done in the last 8 years.

Tescos aren't, just have the same underwriters as DL.

FYI ,I just switched my TVR 350 from Privilege to Tesco. Thought I'd saved £100 (~10%) but then found they'd raised my excess.

Point is the documents are identical in every way except the logo -- they (tesco) also state that they are part of RBS.

PS they are one of the few insurers who had even heard of the T350C!!!
