a maxxed power TVR, it just looks far too fussy for my taste, too many air scoops on the front and I don't like the back.

Well to be honest I was beginning to wonder if I would ever lust after a model post Cerbera, but this has done it for me.
£1 to a penny the rear diffuser or the little Gurney Flap (I think that's what it is) never make it to a production model.
Remember they changed the exhausts on the Tesco's for the production cars.

It is one mean looking motor that even Lax Power lads would be scared of, as someone said earlier, sitting at the lights this car screams 'I'm fast, so don't even bother'

Absolutely horrible! Fully over the top. Must say I'm quite disappointed. T350 looks so much better and the Typhon is still the daddy!

That is, without doubt, the ugliest car I have ever set eyes upon. Its like the've got the parts bin and said, "right, no-one leaves until we've stuck everything on".

If TVR think they are going to get more than a handful of people to part with 50k for that, then they are on drugs. Even then, I hope there is a harness for the guide dog in the passenger seat.

for the road - no thanks. On the track - probably works well but is pig ugly. I'm not a great fan of the T350 but this makes the standard car look beautiful in comparison.

The add-ons I'm sure all serve a cooling and/or aerodynamic purpose but it just looks like they went "shit, it runs too hot, lets put some slats in. Shit, it doesn't grip, lets put some more tacky spoilers on".....The race tuscan is better looking and I'm sure probably faster!

What isn't obvious from the photos or video is how much wider it is than a T350.

I'll reserve judgement until I see one in the GRP.

I'm not reserving judgement. I think its awful ...

They have ruined what was possibly the 2nd greatest looking car they have ever produced, IMHO.

Who did it for them ? Carisma ?

There are some great touches to it, like the cut in front arches with the shape going through the door, some of the slashes/vents, the perspex spoiler and the carbon exhausts but after that they have just gone over the top with slashes/holes/lumps and bumps IMHO ...

If it was a concept I would think it was superb, but as a production model it is not floating my boat. I understand its track orientation, but I do not see anything else out there needing quite as many holes !

I think it is a bit like the Tamora in that it wasn't really the completed article and was too obviously a Griffith reshaped and updated, but not very well.

This is a T350 that's been cut about a LOT and it spoils what was a stunning design in the first instance.

Shame, couldn't afford it anyway

It's alright for you Rob .... you get to hoon it around the tracks of Great Britain and further afield .... some of us just get to dream.

This unfortunately looks a bit of a knightmare

For years now Ive been a hard nosed supporter of everything peter wheeler has done with TVR.

I ve argued with people who have dared to criticise the marque and have stated that they are unreliable.

Then JC starts to hang round the ACE cafe and admire Max Power derivitives!

Has he been drinking with PW?

Did they get their heads together and say lets bolt on as much crap to the 350 and chop a few ripples in it for good measure?

For crying out loud. Mr W what have you done?
Too much champers this early on in Dec is not good for your decision making abilities or your bank balance.

The designer would have been looking for a new job i my TVR factory!

Bring back masculine lines with sleek feminine charm.

Youve boobed on this one!!

Maybe the production model will have less?
To quote Burriana500 "less can be more"

MR W - Youve lost the plot

Thanks Ted
Do you know if there will be just one configuration or will they be offering different trim levels, engine power outputs, superchargers etc?

Not sure yet. Haven't had the official release yet. They're normally fairly flexible if you're prepared to pay for it.

How much do you think they will charge to take all that cp off again?
