Dead simple, as long as you remember the rear wheels have the larger offset, or deeper dish, or whatever it's called. Anyway, the hubs are thicker, and you'll know it's the wrong wheel 'cos it pops the centre cap out if it is! They have specific rotation directions as well, so make sure the arrows go the right way. I haven't got any spacers on mine, so neither will you boys.

I wonder if my ECU is over-reading as well - the miles do seem to be stacking up quickly - Andrew, how did you know yours was over-reading?

Oh, and Sprint never received the photos I sent last time, so I've re-sent them, and they will definitely be in next month's issue!!

As my Tamora's my only car I've done a lot of motorway journeys where I know the mileage. It was when we went to the factory on February that I first spotted it.
I can't believe mine's the only one with the problem so you should all check yours.
Good new about next month's Sprint!
Cheers....... Andrew

Great, except for the fact that I still haven't got this months issue and last month had to phone the club office to get it delivered. Looks like I'll be doing the same again this month. I reckon the Postman's nicking the bloody thing, I'll have to give him a good kicking in the morning

Cheers for that Duncan. I'm going to check the speedo/mileometer when I get it back tomorrow.....

Reminds me of a few years ago when I went into my local library to reserve a copy of "Muscles and Curves" she certainly gave me a queer look until I explained it was a book on cars! R...

I've just put my 16" wheels back on mine, because I think it will be more comfy on the long journey to IOM. They are better in 2 respects - first, small bump absorption is better (higher profiles) and the handling is more secure, in the sense that the steering seems sharper and a touch more accurate. But it looks a bit dumpy, now I'm used to the big wheels!

Ah ha!!!

I did warn you!!

What size wheels does your Tuscan have, Bertie?
Have you got wheel envy or something?
Why not compensate with a big, manly mascot on the bonnet?!

Err, 18" actualy.
Well they do look so much better.
But at least they don't jack up the back end like a pair of "leaf lifters."

Oh dear, I'm showing my age, and so is anyone else who can remember "leaf lifters!"

Damn, damn!!

Flasher,

TMS are very good at servicing.
All the work they said was done appears to have
been, and the car is running very well.

This sounds obvious but some of the other threads have pointed to other dealers not doing some of the work they charge for.

Rob.
